Long Haul Travel Specialist Opportunity

Are you an experienced Travel Consultant with a passion for long haul travel? Do you have a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of international travel? We are seeking a skilled Long Haul Travel Specialist to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and agents, responding to calls, emails, and video calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain rates and source product for bespoke tailor-made enquiries.
  • Utilize your specialist knowledge to support the conversion of enquiries into sales, creating detailed and personalized itineraries for clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales and customer service journey, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Produce high-quality, personalized documentation for each client, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, with a strong background in long haul travel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of international travel, including destinations, cultures, and customs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
