Job Description

As a Contract Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations Supervisor to maintain the daily operations of our customer's contract. You will be part of a dedicated team of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport experts, working together to deliver high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Ensure collection and delivery expectations are met in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Raise and manage bookings, keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes.
  • Liaise with Asset and Charter contacts to achieve optimum service levels.
  • Support activities such as customs clearance and standkit change overs.
  • Collate information relevant for various KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis and report to the line manager.
  • Liaise with P&OFM employees at other sites to maximize efficiencies for the customer.
  • Daily liaison with Customer personnel in a professional manner.

  • An eye for detail and excellent customer service skills.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
  • H&S knowledge and awareness.
  • The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels.
