Job Description
">As a Contract Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations Supervisor to maintain the daily operations of our customer's contract. You will be part of a dedicated team of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport experts, working together to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Ensure collection and delivery expectations are met in an effective and efficient manner.
- Raise and manage bookings, keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes.
- Liaise with Asset and Charter contacts to achieve optimum service levels.
- Support activities such as customs clearance and standkit change overs.
- Collate information relevant for various KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis and report to the line manager.
- Liaise with P&OFM employees at other sites to maximize efficiencies for the customer.
- Daily liaison with Customer personnel in a professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will possess:
">- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage your workload.
- An eye for detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Good IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- H&S knowledge and awareness.
- The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels.
