We are currently working in partnership with a manufacturing company to appoint a permanent HR Coordinator. This will be a full-time position based in Halesowen, with 5 days on-site and an annual salary of £29,500. The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with all general HR queries and administration. Key responsibilities include assisting with employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance and absence, and deputising for the HR Advisor in their absence. Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes. They will also work with line managers and the HR Manager to monitor the timely production of appraisals, skills matrices and training plans to ensure efficient completion. Other responsibilities include updating and maintaining the time and attendance system, assisting with general HR admin by producing letters, contracts of employment, induction packs, and supporting with the arrangements and organisation of new start inductions and training. The successful candidate will also assist with the administration for recruitment and selection processes, including updating starters and leavers on the system. Key skills and qualifications include the ability to manage HR inbox, served as a point of contact for all general HR related queries, and ability to work in a team environment. The company offers a bonus scheme, pension scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
