We're looking for a highly motivated and passionate Padel Programme Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase participation and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and delivering a comprehensive padel programme, increasing participation and memberships.
  • Leading outreach programmes, delivering private and group lessons, and hosting social tournaments.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and contribute to making sports and fitness accessible for everyone.
