Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Skincare Specialist to join our team at our Bluewater location. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized skincare advice and recommendations to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and product developments
  • Collaborate with the Skin + Me Dermatology Team to develop your knowledge of skin concerns and product formulations
Requirements
  • Passion for skincare and customer service
  • Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of skincare concerns and ingredients is a plus, but training will be provided
