We are looking for a highly skilled Assessment Development Associate to join our team in Athens, Greece.

As an Assessment Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing and delivering world-class examination documents that meet the needs of our business. Your tasks will include working with various teams to create assessment documents that accurately test core guidance, facilitating meetings with external experts to develop and review assessment documents, and providing insight and advice on potential exam designs.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in development, production, and delivery of examination services. They will also have proven knowledge of processes for developing qualifications and related syllabuses, together with examination and assessment design and delivery. Strong project management skills and knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) & Content Creation for learning platforms will be an asset.

In addition, we are seeking a self-reliant and resourceful individual who can work under pressure, multitask, facilitate and coordinate teams and resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build and maintain relationships across different functions and organization levels.
