Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our patient experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of patients and their families.
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications. You will be responsible for assisting in the provision of patient experience support services across all hospital sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the analysis of patient feedback and identification of areas for improvement
- Maintaining accurate records and databases of patient feedback and experience data
- Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders via email, phone, and letter
The ideal candidate will have a business administration background and experience in a similar administrative role. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: £23,500 per annum
