Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Selco Builders Warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping
  • Managing consumable ordering and procurement
  • Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
  • Managing fines and penalties in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication

The estimated salary for this role is around £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
