Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting our team of Support Workers
- Promoting person-centred care and ensuring the highest quality standards are met
- Conducting regular supervisions and one-to-one meetings with staff members
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Administering and auditing medication safely
