Salary: £14,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

As a Night Senior Support Worker at Hollybank Trust, your role will be as varied as the adults we care for. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Support Workers, promoting high-quality care, conducting supervisions and one-to-ones with staff, auditing documentation, and administering medication.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

  • Leading and guiding a team of Support Workers to deliver excellent care and support
  • Promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team
  • Conducting regular supervisions and appraisals with staff to ensure their skills and knowledge are up-to-date
  • Auditing and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Administering medication safely and effectively to residents
