Salary: £14,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
The JobThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Night Senior Support Worker. You will be responsible for managing a team of Support Workers, promoting high-quality care, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of Support Workers to deliver excellent care and support
- Promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team
- Conducting regular supervisions and appraisals with staff to ensure their skills and knowledge are up-to-date
- Auditing and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Administering medication safely and effectively to residents
