About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter/Branch Assistant to join our team at Jewson. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Process customer orders, manage delivery times, and keep customers informed throughout their journey using our in-house systems.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy branch environment, ensuring a great first impression for our customers.
  • Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
