Role ProfileOur client, a leading executive consultancy, Cast UK Limited, is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to join their team in Bournemouth. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at the branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with current customers, identifying opportunities to grow their business.
- Lead by example, developing a strong relationship with all members of staff within the branch and the wider group in the company.
- Manage the day-to-day financial performance of the branch, reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Develop and implement yearly sales plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Compile quotations and tender for new business, maximizing profitability.
- Liaise with the external sales team to develop and monitor customer relationships.
- Maintain a high-performing team, encouraging excellence in service and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Engaging leadership, with the ability to influence at all levels and hold team members to account.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to manage expectations and exceed goals.
- Excellent customer service, with a record of growing customer accounts.
- Willingness to travel to visit customer sites.
