- Maintain and develop strong relationships with current customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

- Manage the financial performance of the branch, reporting on key metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to develop and monitor customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety.
- Proven background in B2B sales, with a track record of delivering results.
- Engaging leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and hold team members to account.
- Strong IT skills and ability to manage expectations and exceed goals.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a record of growing customer accounts.
- Willingness to travel to visit customer sites.
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus car allowance, bonus, and healthcare.
