About the Role

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Bournemouth branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships with clients, and optimizing the running of the office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize branch revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities and converting leads into clients
  • Lead and motivate a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they reach their full potential
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources

Requirements

  • Proven track record of business development and sales success in the healthcare industry
  • Previous experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Manager
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A full understanding of the recruitment and sales process, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
