Branch Manager

Cast UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our Bournemouth site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase branch productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain and grow relationships with current and potential customers, providing a first-class service at all times
  • Lead by example, developing a strong relationship with all members of staff within the branch and the wider company
  • Manage the day-to-day financial performance of the branch, reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Develop and implement yearly sales plans, compiling quotations and tendering to win new business and maximize profitability
  • Liaise and work with the external sales team to develop and monitor the development of current and potential customers
  • Maintain and develop a high-performing team, encouraging excellence in service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety
Key Skills
  • Background in B2B sales
  • Engaging leadership with the ability to influence at all levels and hold team members to account
  • Track record of delivering results, both operationally and against sales targets
  • Ability to manage expectations and exceed goals for the team
  • Excellent customer service, with a record of growing customer accounts
  • Strong IT skills
  • Willingness to travel to visit customer sites

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + Car Allowance/Car, Bonus, Healthcare
