Branch Manager Job Description

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Bournemouth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships with clients, and leading a team of consultants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize branch revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into clients
  • Lead and motivate a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Optimize the running of the office, ensuring efficient operations and high levels of customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales success
  • Experience in a senior recruitment or management role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • A full understanding of the recruitment and sales process, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
