Role ProfileOur client, a well-established business, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their site in Bournemouth. As the key figure in the branch, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Increase branch productivity by optimizing staff efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with current customers and grow relationships with potential new customers, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
- Lead by example and develop a strong relationship with all branch staff and the wider company group.
- Manage the branch's day-to-day financial performance and report on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Develop and implement a yearly sales plan.
- Compile quotations and tender for new business to maximize profitability.
- Liaise with the external sales team to develop and monitor customer relationships.
- Maintain a high-performing team, encouraging excellence in service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety.
- Background in B2B sales.
- Engaging leadership with the ability to influence at all levels and hold team members to account.
- Track record of delivering results, both operationally and against sales targets.
- Ability to manage expectations and exceed goals for the team.
- Excellent customer service, with a record of growing customer accounts.
- Strong IT skills.
- Willingness to travel to visit customer sites.
