About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter/Branch Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Generate sales with new and existing customers, leveraging our product knowledge and expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey using our in-house systems.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy branch environment, ensuring a positive first impression for our customers.
  • Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
