Branch Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter/Branch Assistant to join our team at Jewson. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a thorough understanding of our product lines and services to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a personalized experience.
- Generate sales through proactive engagement with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
- Utilize our in-house systems to process customer orders, manage delivery times, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the branch is maintained to a high standard, creating a positive first impression for customers.
- Conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
