Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in the automotive industry. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in process management and design to drive innovation and efficiency.

Salary: Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £90,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implementation of Processes: Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes that meet customer requirements and quality standards.
  2. Process Adaptation and Improvement: Analyze and improve existing processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  3. Tool and Equipment Management: Design and procure tools and equipment required for manufacturing processes.
  4. Assembly Process Development: Create assembly process sheets and validate them on plant and pilot lines.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: HNC/Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CAD systems.
