About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Support Professional to join our team as a Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.



Main Responsibilities


  • Provide high-quality individualized support to students with SEN, enhancing their learning experiences and overall well-being
  • Collaborate with the Class Teacher to develop and deliver engaging educational activities that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Assist students with daily care needs and promote positive behavior by adopting a personalized approach
  • Maintain a safe, caring, and supportive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth


Key Requirements


  • No prior experience is necessary; a passion for working with young people and a willingness to learn are essential
  • Fully funded Teaching Assistant Training will be provided to support your professional development
  • The ability to build strong relationships with students and their families is crucial for success in this role
