Job Summary

We are seeking an Education Support Professional to join our team at Dove CE Academy. The successful candidate will support classroom inclusion for a child with an EHCP, facilitate learning in groups across the school, and contribute to the wider ethos of our school.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have energy, passion, and creativity to enable children to achieve their full potential. They will engage and inspire children in their learning journey, working collaboratively with teachers and other staff members. This role requires a positive and forward-thinking approach to school life, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • SUPPORT CHILDREN IN THEIR ACADEMIC, SOCIAL, AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS
  • ASSIST TEACHERS IN CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
  • FACILITATE LEARNING IN GROUPS ACROSS THE SCHOOL
  • CUSTOMIZE SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS
