Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Paid Media Executive to join our team. As a Paid Media Executive, you'll work on building paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
Your daily tasks will include media planning, ad-buying, optimising performance and reporting.
- Managing our clients' media budgets across Paid Search & Paid Social.
- Continually optimise ad accounts to achieve the absolute best results for clients, considering performance across different channels.
- Getting involved in client relationships and communication. Ensuring they're kept in the loop regarding exactly what we're doing to optimise their performance.
- Copywriting, analysing performance, building reports, suggesting creative recommendations etc.
You'll report to one of our Paid Media Managers, who will nurture your growth, provide ongoing training and lead on the strategic side of the media buying.
Requirements- 0-2 years of experience. We're open to hiring both an entry-level position or someone with 1-2 years of experience.
- Excited about building a career in digital marketing/paid advertising and want to learn rapidly in a marketing agency environment.
- A data-driven and analytical person who also likes to oversee some of the creative direction.
- You're a confident communicator. Our team regularly has video calls with our clients to update them on performance.
- Enjoy working in both a team environment and independently.
- Curious and adaptable: it's a fast-moving industry, and digital advertising even more so. Advertising and Social Media platforms change and adapt weekly - so you must be happy with keeping up to date with changes and learning about how they may impact our output.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 to £31,000, depending on experience.
We're open to hiring a Paid Media Executive or Senior Paid Media Executive.
