Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at London & Country Mortgages. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns that meet business objectives
- Develop and implement content strategies to engage and inform customers across multiple channels
- Champion the growth and support of our social media channels and communities, measuring and reporting on campaign performance
- Work closely with the marketing team to establish L&C as a leading brand in the mortgage and financial services industry
- Execute marketing strategies, planning regular marketing deliverables and product launches, feeding brand and campaign messaging into our online presence
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on communications and content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen creative ability to produce high-quality content
- Strong analytical ability to keep up with trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail
- Experience with creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is desirable
