About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at London & Country Mortgages. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns that meet business objectives
  • Develop and implement content strategies to engage and inform customers across multiple channels
  • Champion the growth and support of our social media channels and communities, measuring and reporting on campaign performance
  • Work closely with the marketing team to establish L&C as a leading brand in the mortgage and financial services industry
  • Execute marketing strategies, planning regular marketing deliverables and product launches, feeding brand and campaign messaging into our online presence
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on communications and content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen creative ability to produce high-quality content
  • Strong analytical ability to keep up with trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is desirable
