About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to join our team at PB Select, a leading IT recruitment firm. As a Team Leader with a focus on data-related roles, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing a team of dedicated IT Recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Mentor: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Data Recruitment Expertise: Specialize in a wide range of data roles, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Machine Learning Engineers, BI Analysts, Database Administrators, Data Architects, Statisticians, Financial Data Analysts, and Marketing Data Analysts.
  • Business Development: Actively seek out new clients and expand your team's reach within the data recruitment market.
  • Coaching and Development: Invest in your team's professional growth through ongoing coaching and development initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and enhance team performance.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £45,000-£50,000 plus a generous commission structure.
