About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Bank Nurse. As a Bank Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible basis, providing nursing care to our residents in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that the needs of our residents are met.
  • Participate in the training and development of colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our service.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification and NMC registration.
  • Experience of working in older peoples care, preferably in a dementia setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and families.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
