Job Title: Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our Help and Protection Service South team. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing improvements in practice required to deliver high-quality services to children and their families.

About the Role:
  • Reporting to the Team Manager, you will work closely with the team to develop leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
  • You will have a limited caseload to allow you to focus on supporting the development of less experienced staff.
  • Regular team meetings and performance reviews will ensure that our practice standards remain high.
  • We offer training and development opportunities to support your Continuing Professional Development.
