About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our client's Adult Mental Health service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to inform care decisions
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users and their families
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices in adult mental health

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Social Work
  • Right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship)
  • Experience in adult social work, preferably at a senior level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
