At Rowlands Pharmacy, we are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in the Crookhorn Lane branch. As a reputable and community-oriented pharmacy chain, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25 per hour, plus additional benefits including performance-related bonuses, company pension scheme, and private medical insurance. You will be part of an experienced team, including a Non-Pharm Manager, providing an excellent service to the local community from their setting in a local GP surgery.

The ideal candidate will have strong commitment to patient care and safety, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team and independently. You will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently, providing medication counselling and support to patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 32 days with length of service), option to buy/sell up to 5 days holiday per year, GPhC fees paid, and market leading employee discounts programme including a range of big name retailers.
