We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in providing high-quality care to clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegating clinical skills to support workers and care managers through training and assessment
  • Working with the care manager team to ensure effective service provision
  • Evidence of delegation of clinical skills to support workers and care managers
  • Conducting annual observations of support workers and care managers

Requirements:

  • A current NMC Pin registration (Registered Childrens Nurse / Registered Nurse)
  • A legal right to work in the U.K.
  • Full driving licence with your own vehicle
