Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegation of approved clinical skills to support workers and care managers through training and assessment
  • Work with the care manager team to ensure delegation of skills requirements are planned ahead
  • Evidence delegation of clinical skills to support workers/other team members in line with company policy
  • Conduct annual observations of support workers and care managers within the workplace

Requirements:

  • A current NMC Pin registration (Registered Children's Nurse / Registered Nurse)
  • A legal right to work in the UK
  • Full driving licence with your own vehicle
