We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for completing competency-based training to support workers in providing care to clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegating approved clinical skills to support workers and care managers through training and assessment
  • Working with the care manager team to ensure delegation of skills requirements are planned ahead
  • Evidence delegation of clinical skills to support workers and other team members
  • Conducting annual observations of support workers and care managers

Requirements:

  • A current NMC Pin registration (Registered Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse)
  • A legal right to work in the U.K.
  • Full driving licence with your own vehicle
