About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Proposal Manager to join our team at MAG. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and winning proposals, bids, and tender documents for digital projects. This role requires a keen understanding of digital technologies, excellent writing and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to produce high-quality submissions that secure new business.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in writing and managing bids, proposals, and tenders in the digital or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in winning bids and securing new business through well-crafted proposals.
  • Experience working directly with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, sales, marketing, and other departments to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Ability to create clear, compelling, and persuasive content tailored to specific client needs and RFP/RFI requirements.
  • Understanding of digital technologies and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with all submission requirements and guidelines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Effective organisational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
