Job Summary

As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for managing multiple digital projects simultaneously, working closely with clients to drive growth, profitability, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Google Stack and other key technologies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and deliver reports on campaign success, making complex data digestible for non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least one year's worth of digital agency experience, ideally in a client services role
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence client decisions and build strong relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
