We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team at RedCat Digital. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Provide training and support to users on CRM system functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Monitor and analyze CRM system performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
