Candidate Profile:

3-5 years of expertise in crafting and managing bids, proposals, and tenders within the digital or technology sectors. Proven track record of securing new business through well-articulated proposals. Experience in direct client engagement to ascertain their requirements and customize proposals accordingly. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams, sales, marketing, and other departments to gather essential information for proposals. Proficient in creating clear, compelling, and persuasive content tailored to specific client needs and RFP/RFI criteria. Familiarity with digital technologies and the capability to simplify complex technical concepts into accessible language. Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with all submission requirements and guidelines. Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Effective organizational skills to manage multiple bids concurrently and adhere to strict deadlines.
