Job Description
This role is designed for a skilled and motivated receptionist to join our busy medical centre on a permanent part-time basis. You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house area, responding to patient inquiries, and coordinating schedules. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable member of our team.

Main Responsibilities :
  • Handle all front-of-house queries and provide exceptional customer service to patients.
  • Manage patient schedules, making adjustments as needed, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate our EMIS Trained system with ease, accurately entering data and retrieving patient information.

Skills and Requirements :
  • At least two years' experience working in a fast-paced reception environment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, interacting with diverse groups.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of software applications, including EMIS Trained systems.
