Conveyancing Legal Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our expanding team in Hampshire. Our client is a reputable multi-service Law Firm covering the South Coast, accredited with Lexcel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening files electronically and setting up paper files, including conflict and ID checks for clients.
  • Preparing correspondence and documents using digital dictation, closing, storage, and retrieval of files.
  • Liaising with clients and third parties during the course of the file.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience in conveyancing law.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
  • Commitment to providing excellent client care.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Team-focus with a flexible and collaborative approach to working with others.
