About the Role

As a Store Manager at Topps Tiles, you will be responsible for creating a world-class shopping experience for our customers. You will lead a close-knit team of sales advisors, stock controllers, and other support staff to ensure that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.

You will be the driving force behind our store's success, setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them. You will also be responsible for managing the store's budget, inventory, and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
