Job Title: Fractional CFO for VC Backed Food and Beverage Business

Harmonic Group Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Fractional CFO to join a rapidly scaling and Venture Capital backed Food and Beverage business in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The Fractional CFO will be responsible for leading the finance function, setting the financial and commercial strategy, and identifying strategic growth opportunities. The role will involve overseeing the FP&A capabilities, including setting the annual budget and long-term planning, as well as managing the financial modelling and scenario planning. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving innovative efficiencies and process improvement, ensuring robust controls are in place, and supporting with investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the financial and commercial strategy to drive growth and efficiency
  • Lead the FP&A capabilities, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage financial modelling and scenario planning
  • Drive innovative efficiencies and process improvement
  • Ensure robust controls are in place
  • Support with investor relations
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Start-up/Scale-up experience
  • PE/VC experience
  • Omnichannel Retail experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
