Fractional CFO for VC Backed Food Business

Harmonic Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Fractional CFO to join our client, a rapidly scaling and Venture Capital backed Food and Beverage business in London. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and providing strategic guidance to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial and commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee the FP&A capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Act as a business partner to the CEO, providing expert advice and guidance on financial matters.
- Manage investor relations and ensure robust controls are in place.
- Drive innovative efficiencies and process improvements across the organization.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team.
- Experience in PE/VC backed businesses and omnichannel retail is highly desirable.
A competitive day rate of £800-950 and the opportunity to work with a rapidly scaling and innovative business in the food and beverage industry.
