We are seeking an experienced Community Centre Reception Assistant to join our team at Cerebral Palsy Cymru. As a key member of our support service, you will provide exceptional customer service to families with children who have cerebral palsy.

Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, post, and housekeeping duties while maintaining a welcoming environment for our clients. We offer flexible working hours (Tuesday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00) and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer service and reception work.

As a Community Centre Reception Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our specialist team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists. Your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients.

A competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum reflects your expertise and dedication to providing exceptional service. In addition, you will receive references and recognition for your work after three months, demonstrating our commitment to your professional growth and development.
