Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Posting invoices and credits accurately and on time
  • Preparing and processing supplier payment runs efficiently
  • Completing regular supplier statement reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
  • Producing reporting as required for internal or external needs
  • Assisting with other team duties and tasks as needed in the wider finance team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of processing and handling large volumes of data
  • Previous experience working in an Accounts Payable environment
  • The ability to work in a high-volume Finance Department
  • Excellent Excel skills, including creating pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Estimated Salary Range

An estimated salary for this role is £18-22 per hour, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to start a new assignment in January with a large, secure corporation offering hybrid working and flexibility.
