SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to support a fantastic client on a full-time, ongoing temporary basis. The business offers a hybrid working structure as well as a competitive hourly rate of approximately £12-15 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Posting invoices and credits.
  • Preparing and processing supplier payment runs.
  • Completing regular supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Producing reports that are required for any internal or external needs.
  • Assisting as required in other team duties and other tasks to assist in the wider finance team and business.

This role would be suitable for someone looking to gain experience in a high-volume Finance Department with a large corporation who offer employees hybrid working and flexibility.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience of processing and handling large volumes of data.
  2. Previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable environment.
  3. The ability to work in a fast-paced Finance Department.
  4. Excellent Excel skills with the ability to create pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
