We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team in Wells. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing property sales, and promoting our services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and manage property transactions.
  • Applicant Management: Register and qualify new applicants, manage our applicant database, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Property Visits: Conduct property visits, including accompanied viewings, to showcase properties to clients.
  • Sales Support: Assist clients through the property purchase process, negotiate offers, and liaise with applicants and vendors.
  • Service Promotion: Promote and refer relevant services to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
  • Administration: Complete administrative tasks related to property sales, including updating our CRM system and web portals.
Requirements
  • Academic Qualifications: Good level of literacy and numeracy essential.
  • Relevant Experience: Some Residential Agency or property experience advantageous but not essential.
  • Intellectual/ Personal Skills: Excellent communication, telephone, and interpersonal skills, with a flexible attitude.
  • Computing Skills: High level of word processing skills and confidence in relevant IT processes.
