Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancies to maximize branch income and profitability. You'll work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For:
  • Estate Agency experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
