Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Connells. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting accurate market appraisals/valuations, and negotiating tenancies to maximize the overall income and profitability of our branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations to secure new business opportunities
  • Conduct accurate market appraisals/valuations to determine property values
  • Negotiate tenancies to achieve maximum income and profitability
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in estate agency, lettings, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
