As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in generating and booking valuations, conducting accurate market appraisals, and negotiating tenancies to maximize branch income and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting accurate market appraisals and valuations
  • Negotiating tenancies to maximize branch income and profitability

Requirements

  • Estate Agency experience, preferably in Lettings Negotiation or Sales Negotiation
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license
